Explaining why she loves to teach this course, Lia said: "I think to truly understand sensory appreciation of whisky, it is essential to know where, and how, the flavors in your glass developed during the production process. I love teaching this unique course, because when students become aware of those connections between flavor and process, it is a game changer and elevates their evaluation skills right away."
Spaces are limited, so secure your place now and experience whisky like never before in the heart of New York City.
