We’re delighted to announce that the Certificate in Sensory Appreciation will be returning to New York City on 26 & 27 April 2025. Hosted by our Approved Course Provider, Lia Niskanen (Barrel Strength Talent), this immersive two-day experience will take place at the prestigious Braeburn Whisky Vault from 11am to 5pm EDT each day.

The beautiful Braeburn Whisky Vault, 145 W 57th St, is an ideal space to teach the Sensory Appreciation course. 

This course brings whisky to life through an in-depth exploration of flavour, aroma and sensory evaluation. Crafted in collaboration with renowned whisky writer and chef Martine Nouet, it offers a hands-on learning experience structured around four interactive workshops:
